Where is Camping Les Peupliers located?
  • Camping Les Peupliers is in the south of the Ardèche department, in Vogüé (in the municipality of Saint Maurice d’Ardèche) by the Ardèche River, 20 km from Vallon Pont d’Arc.
Is the campsite by the river?
  • Yes, Camping Les Peupliers is located by the Ardèche River, with direct access to the river.
How far are the nearest shops ?
  • A SPAR supermarket, a pharmacy, a butcher, and two bakeries are 300 meters away
  • In Aubenas (12 minutes away), you will find all shops and a Leclerc hypermarket.
Is it easy to cycle around ?
  • A greenway (the Via Ardèche, reserved for cyclists and pedestrians) connects Vogüé to Grospierres on one side and Vogüé to Uzer and Aubenas on the other, with over 30 km of bike and pedestrian paths.
  • The start of this greenway is 800 meters from the campsite.
How can I make a reservation?
  • You can make your reservation online by indicating your stay dates and your choice of accommodation/pitch.
  • You can also contact us by email (info@ardeche-lespeupliers.fr) or by phone (+33 4 75 37 71 47) to check our availability. A contract will then be sent to you by email or postal mail.
  • Upon receipt of your deposit, a booking confirmation will be sent to you.
Can I take out cancellation insurance ?
  • It can be taken out as an option only at the time of booking.
  • It guarantees reimbursement in case of cancellation due to serious illness, serious accident, death, or economic redundancy (see the general conditions of the cancellation insurance).
When should I pay the balance of my stay ?
  • The balance of the stay must be paid 30 days before your arrival for any rental accommodation and on the day of your arrival for a camping pitch.
What payment methods are accepted?
  • We accept French bank checks, bank cards, cash, holiday vouchers, and e-connect holiday vouchers for payment at the campsite.
  • Before the stay, you can pay the deposit and the balance by the same means or by bank transfer.
Are you VACAF approved ?
  • No, we are not VACAF approved
Can I choose a specific pitch number when booking ?
  • You can indicate your preferences at the time of booking, and we will do our best to choose a pitch that meets your preferences.
Are sheets provided in the rentals?
  • Sheets and towels are not included in the rental. We can provide them as an option upon request at the time of booking, subject to availability.
Do I have to clean the rental at the end of my stay?
  • Yes, unless you opt for the cleaning package.
What time can I arrive at the campsite?
  • Arrivals are between 2:30 PM and 6:30 PM for pitches and between 3 PM and 6:30 PM for accommodations.
  • Departures are before 12 PM for pitches and before 10 AM for accommodations.
What electrical outlets and extensions should I bring to the pitch ?
  • Electrical terminals serve multiple pitches, so it is advisable to bring an extension cord of about 25 meters.
  • The sockets are either European or French, depending on the pitch.
  • All sockets are at least 6 amps.
Are swim trunks allowed at the pool ?
  • No, only swimming briefs or boxer shorts specifically for swimming are allowed for hygiene reasons.
Are barbecues allowed ?
  • Wood and charcoal barbecues are prohibited.
  • A communal electric plancha is available on the grounds.
  • Gas and electric barbecues are allowed.
Can I bring my dog ?
  • Dogs (except categories 1 and 2) are allowed, on a leash, with an extra charge, and limited to 2 per pitch or rental.
Is the pool heated ?
  • The pool is not heated.
  • It is open from mid-May to mid-September, depending on weather conditions.
Are visitors allowed ?
  • Visitors are allowed at the campsite under the responsibility of the campers who receive them. Campers must inform the reception of any possible visits.
  • Visitors must check in at the reception desk before entering the grounds, and their vehicle must stay in the external parking lot.
  • Visitors do not have access to the aquatic area.
Can I charge my electric vehicle by plugging it into an electrical outlet at my mobile home or pitch ?
  • Following several serious accidents caused by the illegal charging of electric vehicles on campsite sockets, we remind you that our accommodations are not designed to charge an electric or hybrid vehicle. This can:
    • Cause damage to the vehicle,
    • Result in serious accidents in the mobile home or on the electrical terminal (explosion, fire, short circuits),
    • Cause significant damage to the campsite's electrical network.
  • Our insurance does not cover any damage originating from vehicle charging.
  • The total cost of the damage is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the vehicle owner.
  • For these reasons and for your safety, it is strictly forbidden to charge an electric or hybrid vehicle by plugging it into an electrical outlet in any accommodation or pitch.
